The speakers
Céline Gréco is a professor of medicine, head of the Pain and Palliative Care department at Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital and a researcher at the Imagine Institute. A former child placed in the care of social services for children after experiencing domestic violence, she dedicates her commitment to improving the care of children who are victims of violence. Author of the book "La Démesure," she has contributed to several advances in child protection and sits on the National Council for Child Protection. In 2022, she founded the association IM'PACTES, which works for the health, education, and access to culture for children and adolescents in the care of social services for children.
Martin Hirsch is a senior French civil servant and a major figure in social action, notably known for heading Emmaüs France and the APHP. His work is today deeply rooted in supporting youth and inclusion. Co-founder and president of the Institut de l'Engagement, he has placed this organisation at the heart of his mission. By creating pathways to employment and training, he has made this institute a true springboard for valuing civic engagement and promoting an inclusive meritocracy.
Charlotte CORNIOT is a culture and communications professional specialising in cultural mediation and access to cinema for young people from disadvantaged areas.
Since October 2025, she has held the position of General Delegate of the association Cinéma pour tous. In this capacity, she leads the organisation's fieldwork and notably oversees the annual writing competition, having supported its winners during the 2026 Cannes Film Festival.
Anderson PINHO is a Franco-Brazilian researcher, author, and director, specialising in political communication and the impact of digital technology on democracy. Affiliated with the Jean-Jaurès Foundation, his work primarily focuses on disinformation mechanisms, the polarisation of debates, and the evolution of the public sphere in the age of social networks.
He is a co-author of the documentary film "Common Denominator", which explores how images and digital platforms are reshaping political reality, using Brazil as a case study.
Denis Alcaniz is a Doctor of Film Studies, a lecturer-researcher at Aix-Marseille University, and a film director. An active figure in the cultural and academic landscape of the Marseille region, he places the transmission of knowledge and dialogue between arts and sciences at the heart of his approach.
Within this dynamic, he founded and directs In Medias Res, an association that stands out for its support of numerous scientific and cultural valorisation initiatives (introduction to cinema workshops, creative residencies, event recordings). It is precisely under the banner of In Medias Res (in co-production with Pilti Productions) that Denis Alcaniz, alongside Louise Pinto Coelho Farge, co-directed the documentary film Common Denominator: Brazil.
Nicolas LERNER is a senior French civil servant, a key figure in France's national security and intelligence apparatus. He has spent most of his career within the Ministry of the Interior and in prefectoral high administration.
A recognised specialist in public safety and crisis management, he headed the DGSI for five years.
Quentin JAGOREL is a senior civil servant, teacher and French essayist. A graduate of the École Normale Supérieure and the École Nationale d'Administration (ENA), he worked as a magistrate at the Court of Auditors before moving into political and strategic consultancy roles.
A specialist in public policy, innovation, and culture, he teaches at Sciences Po Paris and regularly collaborates with think tanks. His career is marked by a constant commitment to social cohesion, knowledge transfer, and the transformation of public institutions in the face of major contemporary challenges. He was notably Director General of the Institut de l'Engagement from 2022 to 2025.
Thibaut GUILLUY is a French social entrepreneur and senior civil servant, a key figure in public employment, social inclusion, and youth policies. After a distinguished career in social entrepreneurship, he has put his expertise to work for the State.
He was notably High Commissioner for Skills and Employment Inclusion, during which time he oversaw the deployment of the "1 young person 1 solution" plan in response to the health crisis. As Director General of France Travail, he is orchestrating the public operator's transformation to build the "Employment Network," aiming to coordinate inclusion stakeholders and support those furthest from the labour market.
Paul DUAN is a social entrepreneur and technologist, a pioneer in the use of data science for the public good. After starting his career in Silicon Valley, he chose to put algorithms and AI to work for public policy.
Founder of Bayes Impact, a non-profit organisation that designs large-scale citizen public services. His work was particularly notable with the launch of Bob Emploi, a technological platform for personalised support for job seekers, making him a key figure in social and digital innovation.
Christophe GASCARD is a journalist, presenter and senior reporter at France Télévisions. For over twenty-five years, he has covered major national and international issues. A former permanent correspondent in London, Beijing and Moscow for TF1/LCI, he also covered numerous conflicts and major events before joining France Télévisions, where he now presents national news bulletins and hosts debates on current affairs and geopolitics. Committed to equality and inclusion, he is co-founder of the France Télévisions LGBT+ network and was recognised as LGBT+ Leader Role Model 2022 by L'Autre Cercle, which recognises personalities contributing to better inclusion of LGBT+ people in the professional world. He advocates for a demanding approach to journalism, based on rigour, communication and dialogue, convinced that information and visibility are two essential levers for a more open and inclusive society.
