In Dilemma Education, each board turn represents a month of daily life. Participants must manage their budget by receiving a salary, paying their bills, and making decisions to save or treat themselves. The objective is to save enough to finance a project while learning to juggle unexpected events, daily expenses, and consumer temptations. 

Networking without denying yourself: finding your place in codified environments

This workshop offers an exploration of the implicit codes of demanding professional environments, without losing your authenticity or adopting an artificial posture.

Through practical exchanges, the aim will be to identify one's own levers of presence, legitimacy and relationship to build a network aligned with one's values.

Rhetoric workshop

Célia AYADI, Vice-President of Graine d’Orateur 93

Since 2015, the Graine d’Orateur 93 project has aimed to assist, encourage, and build the confidence of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds by teaching them the basics of rhetoric, in order to break down the self-censorship that prevents them from overcoming negative social perceptions. This workshop will allow participants to discover the fundamentals of rhetoric, with exercises and role-playing activities focusing on paraverbal and non-verbal communication, as well as argumentation techniques. It's your turn to play, because practice makes perfect.

The game #Aventure Entrepreneur is a board game in which each player takes on the role of a business owner and, on each turn, must make decisions, pay their bills, recruit staff, sell, collect payments from customers and deal with some of the uncertainties inherent in the life of a business owner. At the end of each turn, they must make adjustments and check that their accounts balance (they have a mini profit and loss account – «expenses minus revenue» – and a simplified balance sheet). This workshop provides a fun way to understand the basic ratios of financial analysis and how they interact.

Through participatory exchanges and creative exercises, this workshop offers you the opportunity to share your vision of civic engagement, to explore what encourages or hinders youth engagement today, and to reflect on the effects of these experiences on individuals and territories.

An opportunity for young people to make their voices heard in a reflection led by the Impact Tank on new forms of civic engagement and their impact.
