The Institut de l’Engagement offers support programmes to help you progress with your future project and make it a reality.
Find out which one suits you best!

You can take advantage of the Institute's support programmes if...

You are aged between 16 and 30
(or 31 years if you have a disability)

You have completed or are in the process of doing a Service Civique, volunteer work or voluntary service.

You are a national of France, a Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area, or you have a valid residence permit.

Have you done a Civic Service, a volunteering placement or long-term voluntary work?
Are you planning to return to study, look for a job, or start a business?
Are you facing difficulties related to your background, social or geographical origins, or disability?

📢 1 year of support, including:
- a support officer, who will help you bring your project to life 🤝
- priority access to alternative pathways with our partner training institutions 👩‍🎓
- financial support to help you move forward with your project subject to conditions 💰
- integration into a cohort of around a hundred other successful candidates, with networking through workshops or events 🚀

The application window for the autumn 2026 intake is open until 21 September!

Admission rules

The rules and associated dates are updated at each session. Last version of the document: spring session 2024 (closed).

📢 6 months of coaching with:
- a trained volunteer mentor, who will help you better define or progress with your project 🤝
- monthly workshops to develop your skills and learn how to showcase your commitment 💪

Would you like to return to your studies, retrain or find a job?

📢 Several months of support (depending on your needs) with:
- a support officer, who will help you progress with your project or find a new one 🤝

- financial support to help you move forward with your project (subject to terms and conditions) 💰
