Campus of Commitment

Because young people choose their employers differently and consume differently, and because citizens and employees expect companies to take up social issues, the Campus de l'Engagement is an opportunity for companies to discuss their issues and projects with young people.

For young people, it's an opportunity to :
  • understand the challenges facing companies by working alongside employees, often for the first time
  • learn to engage in dialogue and discover different points of view
  • enrich and nuance their vision of the business world
For you, companies or other organisations, this is an opportunity to :
  • Bringing your internal challenges (CSR, HR, business) face to face with a younger generation
  • Involve your staff in a collective intelligence session with young people they may not have the opportunity to meet in any other setting

Campus of Commitment formats :

History

Since 2019, the Institute has organised four 48-hour Campus seminars, where 200 to 300 young people and 50 to 100 professionals share the same experience of exchanging ideas and meeting new people, "in the green", in Autrans or Bordeaux.

After experimenting with e-Campuses under duress during the Covid-19 epidemic, the Institute is now rolling out 2 new formats: Campus de l'Engagement days and Campuses dedicated to a particular theme or a few partners.

Campus of Commitment :

  • 48 hours of immersion, away from your usual environment
  • With 200 to 300 young people from all the graduating classes
  • Full board on a dedicated site
  • With a dozen other partner companies and organisations

Tailor-made campuses
