All of the Institute's activities are offered free of charge to young people. We are able to carry them out thanks to the private and public financial support we receive in the form of sponsorship, grants and apprenticeship tax. As an individual, you can also support us by making a donation.

Apprenticeship tax: the only tax where you can choose the beneficiary

Allocating the balance of your apprenticeship tax won't cost you anything extra, but it's a precious resource for the Institut de l'Engagement!

The Institut de l'Engagement is recognised as a national organisation for the promotion of initial technological and vocational training and careers. As such, it is authorised to collect the balance of the apprenticeship tax.

Why pay your apprenticeship tax to the Institut de l'Engagement?

Supporting an equal opportunities programme that is unique in France, based on promoting commitment so that young people can overcome the financial, social and educational obstacles they face and have a future that matches their potential.

Every year, 90% of our beneficiaries succeed in their project.

Who are the young people who will benefit from your support?

Aged between 16 and 30, they have completed a Civic Service or volunteered with an association, and are driven by a desire to make a positive impact on society. 70% of the young people we support are girls.

They face social, financial, educational, health or disability-related barriers that could limit their future.

They need help to define or carry out their plans to go back to school, find a job or set up a business.

Private sponsorship and grants

You can support all or part of our support programmes through sponsorship or a public grant: by pathway (employment, training, business start-up), by geographical area (young people in your area or those living in inner-city or rural areas, for example), by sector of activity or project theme.

We also set up tailor-made programmes with partners who want to benefit from all or part of our methodology for a specific audience. This is currently the case with young entrepreneurs who receive a Déclic jeunes grant from the Fondation de France or young people in the Universal National Service (SNU).

Campus of Commitment

The Campus de l'Engagement is an event that brings together laureates of the Institut de l'Engagement and professionals from companies and other partner organisations, around a programme of conferences and workshops, to share ideas and build sustainable solutions together, at the crossroads of corporate concerns and major social and environmental issues.

The latest Campus de l'Engagement took place from 2 to 4 July in Autrans, near Grenoble.
Tailor-made campuses can also be organised.
