Born on 26 May 1986, Charlotte Feraille is a graduate of Sciences Po and has a master's degree in political sociology. A keen sportswoman and top-level judoka, she is General Delegate of the Fondation du sport français.
Samuel Ducroquet has been Ambassador for Sport since February 2023. A career diplomat, he joined the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs in 2007 as an international civilian volunteer at France's Permanent Representation to the European Union in Brussels, before being appointed to the European Union Directorate at the Quai d'Orsay. Samuel Ducroquet then served as political adviser and sports liaison officer at the French Embassy in Qatar (2015-2018). But it was more particularly his experience as sports counsellor/Olympic attaché at the French embassy in Tokyo (2018-2021) that enabled him to develop real expertise in the field of sports diplomacy, reinforced by his position as senior manager in charge of the VIP programme within the international relations department of the Paris 2024 Games organising committee until January 2023.
A senior civil servant, prefect, former Paris police prefect and prefect of Paris, he was interministerial delegate for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games and interministerial delegate for major sporting events.
A graduate of Sciences-Po Paris and ENA (promotion Saint-Exupéry), Fabien Raynaud has been a member of the Conseil d'État since 1994 and a Conseiller d'État since 2009. He was seconded in 1999 to work as legal adviser to the SGAE (the Prime Minister's department for European affairs) and then, from 2002, as legal adviser to France's Permanent Representation to the European Union in Brussels. He was adviser on European affairs to the French President from 2007 to 2012. He returned to the Conseil d'État in 2012 and, since May 2022, has been General Rapporteur of the Conseil d'État and Deputy Chairman of the Studies, Forward Studies and Cooperation Section. A Chevalier of the Légion d'Honneur (2016), he is also a member of the College of the French Competition Authority and a judge at the European Space Agency Tribunal and the NATO Administrative Tribunal.
Maître des requêtes at the Conseil d'Etat, Clément Tonon was special adviser to the Minister for Ecological Transition (2023-2024) and rapporteur for the mission to restore French confidence in democratic life (2022). A native of Périgord, he is a graduate of HEC and ENA.
A member of the Seeding for Future team behind behind ACTIVIST in 2021, Arthur is an activist activist, committed musician and facilitator with various groups. Since his second trip with Seeding for Future in 2022, he has been organising and leading workshops and film debates all over Europe to talk about activism. An engineer by training with a passion for travel and anthropology, iel regularly travels by bicycle with his troupe artists on cargo bikes, the Cargo Bike Band.
A senior civil servant and politician, Jean Castex was Prime Minister from 2020 to 2022. He is currently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of RATP.
Marion Waller, an urban planner and philosopher by training, is currently director of the Pavillon de l'Arsenal, Paris' centre for architecture and urban planning. In October 2024, she published the book "Redonner une place à nos morts" (Redefining a place for our dead) with Editions Allary, following her assignment on funerary affairs within the City of Paris.
Grazia Cecere is Professor of Digital Economics at Institut Mines Telecom, Business School, LITEM. She is Director of Research at the Institut Mines Telecom, Business School.
His main research interests include the digital economy, digital marketing and more specifically privacy, algorithms and machine learning, and the economics of mobile applications.
Grazia Cecere is a scientific expert for the French broadcasting regulator Arcom (2020-2024) and a scientific evaluator for INRAE (2020-2024). She was awarded the Social Science Foundation Research Prize in 2021.
Today, Grazia Cecere is a member of the board of the Association Francophone de Recherche en Economie Numérique and teaches courses in digital marketing, cybersecurity and data.
Clara Jean is currently assistant professor in Information Systems at Grenoble Ecole de Management. She completed her PhD in Economics at Université Paris-Saclay under the supervision of Grazia Cecere and Fabrice Le Guel in May 2021. Her research focuses on algorithmic biases, algorithmic decision-making in the context of advertising and personal data. In 2019, Clara Jean received the ARPP Marie-Dominique Hagelsteen Responsible Advertising Award and a grant from the Université Paris-Saclay to organise a workshop on natural language processing (NLP) and gender bias. Her current research focuses on understanding the drivers of algorithmic decision-making in online advertising for STEM fields.
Yaël Braun-Pivet is a French lawyer, community activist and politician. She has been a Member of Parliament and President of the National Assembly since 2022.
A veterinary surgeon by training, Gérard Larcher is a politician. Former mayor of Rambouillet and former Minister of Labour, he is currently serving his 4th term as President of the Senate.
An art historian and general curator of heritage, Sylvain Amic was curator of the museums of Montpellier and head of the Rouen Normandie metropolitan museum group. He has been Chairman of the Etablissement public des musées d'Orsay et de l'Orangerie - Valéry Giscard d'Estaing since 2024.
Mahi Traoré, born in Bamako (Mali), spent part of her childhood in France before returning in 1994 to study at the Sorbonne. Despite two failures, which she deemed constructive, she determinedly succeeded in passing the competitive entrance examination for management staff. Now headmistress of the only Parisian high school specialising in the art of glass, stained glass and design, she is a woman of conviction, passionate about education and deeply committed to her students. Mahi Traoré is also the author of two books published by Robert Laffont, 2021 and 2024, reflecting her commitment to fair, innovative and ambitious education.
