During each round of the game, they have to make decisions, pay their expenses, recruit, sell, collect money from their customers and deal with some of the hazards inherent in the life of a company director. At the end of each round, they have to make adjustments and check that their accounts are balanced (they have a mini income statement and a simplified balance sheet). This workshop is a fun way of understanding the basic ratios of financial analysis and how they interact.
