From failure to excellence: my story
Morad AMADJI, Third-Party Audit Manager – Quality Operations at Sanofi
- Room 3.02
From vocational training (CAP/BEP) to a doctorate in science, then a post-doctorate with a Nobel Prize in Chemistry, my journey illustrates the power of determination. Failure, far from being an end, becomes a lever for achieving excellence.
Acting against sexism, racism, and ableism: how to progress at work in the face of introversion?
Remy BATY, Deputy Head of the Equality, Diversity, and Disability Department at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation
Marie BORON, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation
- Room 3.05
Caisse des Dépôts is preparing to re-negotiate its action plan on professional equality between men and women and the fight against discrimination with trade unions. It wishes to strengthen its actions on the latter aspect by identifying concrete actions that the institute's laureates would like to expect from an employer, all within a context that is becoming more tense regarding issues of sexism, racism, ableism, but also other topics (e.g. LGBTQI-phobia). It wishes to gather ideas for concrete actions to propose to its employees.
Genre, age, origins, physical appearance (etc.): how to promote diversity in the workplace?
Julia LABARTHE, Manager for Equality, Diversity, and Disability at Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation
Elodie MONLOUIS BONNAIRE, Training Officer at the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignation
- The hearth, Campus Condorcet
What concrete actions can be taken to promote diversity in the workplace? Help us identify the concrete actions that the CDC (Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations), a public institution whose mission is to be a long-term player fighting social and territorial divides, can implement. How can we talk about it without taboo? How can we avoid setbacks? What are your expectations from a (public sector) employer, your fears, your aspirations?
Is insurance boring? Not at all!
Jean-Philippe CLERE, Secretary General of Fondation Abeille Assurances
Louise BOUAB, Recruitment Project Manager at Abeille Assurances
- Room 3.03
Discover the fights of the Abeille Assurances Foundation and the insurance professions.
Game #Aventure Entrepreneur
Catherine PRIEUX, Deputy Departmental Director for Seine-Saint-Denis at the Bank of France
Emilie GUERANGER, Business Relations Officer at the Bank of France
Aderito RODRIGUES, Business Relations Manager at the Bank of France
- Room 3.01
The #Aventure Entrepreneur game is a board game in which each player takes on the role of a company director. During each round of the game, they have to make decisions, pay their expenses, recruit, sell, collect money from their customers and deal with some of the hazards inherent in the life of a company director. At the end of each round, they have to make adjustments and check that their accounts are balanced (they have a mini income statement and a simplified balance sheet). This workshop is a fun way of understanding the basic ratios of financial analysis and how they interact.
