FAQ

The programme is open all year round, on a continuous basis, and accessible by simple registration. So you can sign up as soon as you feel the need!
Our support programmes are completely free of charge.
You can absolutely start this programme's support even if you've already begun another commitment (Civic Service, volunteering, other service...).

Completing a commitment (Service Civique, volunteering, other voluntary work, etc.) is essential to receive support. If necessary, the Institute can help you with this engagement process.

An initial assessment will be offered before you are directed towards a multi-month engagement mission. During this mission, you will be supported by your mentor, approximately once a month remotely, to discuss your project, your progress and to receive advice. Online workshops will be regularly offered, and you will be able to participate in our events.
Each programme is different and meets specific needs. Some resources are shared between the different programmes, but others are not. The young people supported on this programme may be offered mentoring.
Our support programmes can be taken one after another, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria and completing the necessary procedures. Mentoring will be systematically offered as part of the "S'engager pour rebondir" (Commit to Bounce Back) programme.
