On Wednesday 30 October, mentees and mentors from the Institut were brought together for a back-to-school event for the mentoring programme, at the Ascenseur-Paris Bastille.
It was a chance for them to meet and talk informally, and it gave the young people the opportunity to discuss their projects with each other, but also to submit them to the scrutiny of a mentor other than their own.
Participants also took part in a workshop led by Annie Cattan, mentor at the Institut, on active listening, one of the key principles of mentoring.
