Join us in making up the autumn 2024 intake by taking part in the admissions process!

How are the winners selected?

There are two stages to the admission procedure. First, candidates submit an application, which is studied by volunteers and reviewed by Institute staff. Next, the successful candidates are interviewed by an admissions panel. The members of the panel look in depth at the candidates' motivations and discuss their plans for the future and their commitment.

Would you like to help us create the new class of winners?

Why not take the plunge?

As part of the first application phase, we are looking for volunteers to read the winning applicants' dossiers.

You'll have the chance to discover the different profiles of the candidates, and talk to them about their background, their commitment and their plans for the future. You'll be able to offer them support and advice.

This reading of the file can be done collectively, within your company, or individually, as a volunteer.

We can organise group sessions to read files on your premises. Several employees are brought together and mobilised for half a day to carry out this commitment mission. During these sessions, employees are given guidance and advice on how to read the files.

To organise a group session at your company, please contact us:

Gabrielle MONVILLE-LETU, trainee in charge of mobilising companies and volunteers, at gabrielle.monvilleletu@engagement.fr or Quentin MOREAU, project manager for partnerships and corporate involvement, at quentin.moreau@engagement.fr.

You can also register as an individual volunteer file reader. To register on our dedicated platform, please click on this link.
