In just a few months, IDEX has trained 74 of its employees in the challenges of climate change and biodiversity through the First Aid for the Planet course.
Created by the Institut de l'Engagement and the CNRS, this course popularises environmental issues and encourages people to take action to protect the planet.
Idex's Safety, Quality, Environment and Energy (SQEE) managers were able to supplement the online training with a workshop led by Adèle Guillaume and Elena Richard.
The aim is to identify concrete actions that can be taken to make a commitment on a daily basis.
Idex employees then attended a lecture by Philippe Grandcolas, researcher at the CNRS and co-author of the First Aid for the Planet patent.
