In general, matchmaking only takes a few days. This can be slightly extended depending on the number of requests, but also on your needs and expectations.

Our mentors are volunteers with extremely varied profiles and backgrounds: they are employees, retirees, students, former beneficiaries of the Institute, entrepreneurs… They all receive training from the Institute before starting mentoring.

Our support programmes are completely free of charge.

Our two support programmes can be linked in either direction to meet your needs.
